About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and build Lite Agents, Copilot Studio Agents, and advanced prompts from validated business use cases
- Translate business needs into scalable, reusable Copilot solutions for broader rollout
- Configure agent instructions, prompt structures, knowledge sources, conversation logic, and user-facing outputs
- Work with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and related collaboration technologies
- Capture real workflows from business stakeholders and identify opportunities for Copilot solutions
- Partner with Business Analysts, the Change team, Centre of Excellence contributors, Experts, Consultants, and Executive Assistants
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements and explain technical possibilities in business-friendly terms
- Test, iterate, and optimise agent behaviour, output quality, usability, and consistency
- Refine agents and prompts using feedback from users and pilot groups
- Maintain standards for prompt design, agent structure, usability, and quality
- Support packaging of approved use cases with examples, guidance, and user documentation input
- Contribute to the Build Pipeline for Lite Agents, prompts, and Studio Agents
- Work only on approved and prioritised agents and prompts
- Collaborate with the Lite Agent Power User Team on co-development, testing, refinement, and use-case pipeline contributions
- Support firmwide rollout of validated Copilot use cases via go.transform
- Help deliver approved Copilot use cases at scale and contribute to a sustainable business-driven innovation pipeline
- Work with the Change team to prepare solutions for adoption
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years’ experience in product, business analysis, automation, low-code tools, digital transformation, or a relevant digitally capable business role
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Agentic AI, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, automation, or similar tools is a strong plus
- Experience with consulting, research, client delivery, executive assistance, knowledge management, or operations workflows is valuable
- Experience improving workflows or building reusable digital solutions is valuable
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Ability to bridge business and technical conversations
- Pragmatic builder mindset focused on value, usability, and scale
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage confidently with business stakeholders
- Curiosity for GenAI, Copilot, automation, and the future of work
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, product-led environment
