About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a key member of the Staffing team, collaborate closely with the US Research Leadership Team to deliver exceptional research services to clients.
Maintain an organized staffing inbox, automated database, and various staffing tools.
Ensure a response/resolution rate within 24 hours by tracking, managing, and resolving incoming requests and outgoing responses efficiently.
Communicate with Research Leaders to assign Researchers to projects that align with client and business needs.
Coordinate with the Research Team and Consultant Team to ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of requests.

What you’ll need

Exceptional process and detail orientation; results-driven creative thinker.
At least intermediate proficiency in MS Suite (especially Excel, Lists, Teams).
Openness and flexibility to work with all types of personalities in a constantly moving and often changing environment.
Comfort working in fast-paced, high volume, high touch, high impact situations.
Flexibility and ability to respond to and address ad hoc requests that don’t necessarily follow structure.
Prior experience in staffing is nice to have but not necessary.
