About the role

  • Lead the development and execution of the HR Technology strategy across the region aligning with the overall business goals.
  • Oversee the HR Service Center operations, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of HR Services to employees.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by managing HR analytics and reporting functions.
  • Manage relationship with HR Technology vendors and ensure their solutions meet the organization’s needs.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance and support for career growth.
  • Ensure HR technology and operations comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience and a proven track record of leadership in HR technology, with significant experience in overseeing HRIS, ATS, and other HR software systems.
  • 5-10 years of extensive experience in managing HR service center operations, including benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee records growth.
  • Strong leadership background with a history of building and leading high performing teams.
  • Working knowledge of employment, tax and benefits regulations across the Americas.
  • Fluent in English; Ability to speak Spanish would be a plus.
  • Experience leading and managing external vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS software and data analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
  • Understanding of database management systems (DBMS) like SQL or Oracle.
