About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overall responsibility for project delivery
Responsibility for the construction and commissioning of new heating systems (e.g., contracting) and for modernizing and decarbonizing existing systems (Gas → Heat Pump, hybrid solutions, retrofits, etc.)
Ensuring project objectives according to the guideline: in time, in budget, in quality
Building, leading and further developing a nationwide project delivery team
Establishing scalable structures to support strong growth
Managing external partners
Ensuring occupational health & safety, compliance with standards and regulatory requirements
Developing a standardized project management and reporting framework
Transparent progress, cost and risk reporting to executive management
Ensuring a smooth handover from construction to operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in engineering (e.g., energy, electrical, mechanical, civil engineering or comparable)
At least 10 years of experience implementing complex technical projects
Proven responsibility for construction and delivery projects (e.g., energy systems, PV, charging infrastructure, industrial or infrastructure projects)
Experience managing external service providers and general contractors
Willingness to travel and a valid Class B driver's license
