Manager Portfolio
EGC Energie- und Gebäudetechnik-Control GmbH & Co. KGManager Portfolio overseeing joint ventures, business planning, and stakeholder management for EGC Energie and Gebäudetechnik GmbH. Managing strategic initiatives and developing partnerships.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Portfolio & joint-venture management: Steering and support of portfolio projects with a focus on establishing and further developing joint ventures and strategic partnerships
- Business planning & monitoring: Creation, development and ongoing monitoring of business plans, budgets and profitability calculations for portfolios and investments
- Performance management: Analysis of the financial performance of individual portfolios as well as development and implementation of measures to improve performance and results
- Reporting & analyses: Preparation of management reports, profitability analyses and decision-making documents for executive management and other stakeholders
- Project management & coordination: Management of interdisciplinary projects and collaboration with various departments to successfully implement strategic initiatives
- Stakeholder management: Acting as the interface between internal teams, joint-venture partners, service providers and other external stakeholders
- Process & structure development: Supporting the establishment of efficient structures, processes and control mechanisms within the portfolio area
- Strategic initiatives: Contributing to the development of new partnership models, business approaches and growth projects within the EGC Group
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable environment
- Experience in preparing business and profitability plans
- Strong understanding of business contexts and KPIs as well as an analytical and structured working style
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor with internal and external stakeholders
- High level of personal responsibility and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficient in MS Excel and ideally experienced with reporting and planning tools
- Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and good English language skills
