About the role
- Respond to and log hardware, software, and network tickets
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Provide user support (remote and on-site)
- Install, test, and monitor the operation of embedded systems
- Prepare and update technical documentation
- Participate in certification (homologation) and tender/procurement processes
Requirements
- Experience with on-site and remote technical support
- Installation and testing of electronic equipment and embedded systems
- Knowledge of Linux and networking (VPNs, switches, routers)
- Organized, proactive, and strong communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems and infrastructure monitoring tools
- Nice-to-have: knowledge of ERP systems
