About the role
- Sell life insurance policies to seniors ages 50–85 over the phone
- Handle inbound live transfer leads – no outbound prospecting
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Follow proven sales scripts and training programs
- Work standard hours 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Requirements
- Must live in Michigan
- Active Life Insurance License (required; licensing support may be available)
- Previous sales experience preferred (insurance, call center, or customer service)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Suitable home office setup: Computer with Windows 10, i3 processor or higher, 8GB RAM, hardwired Webcam USB headset with microphone, high-speed internet (no satellite or wireless cellular services)
