About the role
- Build data transformations that convert raw data into reliable, well-structured, and well-documented datasets and marts
- Develop clear BI deliverables (dashboards, queries), ensuring outputs are reliable, understandable, and aligned with stakeholder needs
- Ensure the reliability and consistency of data across all delivered assets
- Collaborate effectively with other teams to understand their data needs and translate them into scalable data solutions
- Promote and support self-service analytics across the company
- Continuously contribute to best practices, standards, and the development lifecycle within the team
- Help implement, maintain, and improve data pipelines
- Support security and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR) by following best practices
- Help troubleshoot issues across the entire data stack
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data engineering
- Proficient in SQL and Python
- Experience building transformations and using cloud OLAP data warehouses
- Experience with BI tools (such as Metabase or equivalent)
- Comfortable with Git workflows
- Comfortable in UNIX-based environments and with common command-line tasks
- Ability to understand, gather, and challenge business requirements, and translate them into scalable data solutions
- C1 level in English (able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing)
