Build data transformations that convert raw data into reliable, well-structured, and well-documented datasets and marts
Develop clear BI deliverables (dashboards, queries), ensuring outputs are reliable, understandable, and aligned with stakeholder needs
Ensure the reliability and consistency of data across all delivered assets
Collaborate effectively with other teams to understand their data needs and translate them into scalable data solutions
Promote and support self-service analytics across the company
Continuously contribute to best practices, standards, and the development lifecycle within the team
Help implement, maintain, and improve data pipelines
Support security and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR) by following best practices
Help troubleshoot issues across the entire data stack

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data engineering
Proficient in SQL and Python
Experience building transformations and using cloud OLAP data warehouses
Experience with BI tools (such as Metabase or equivalent)
Comfortable with Git workflows
Comfortable in UNIX-based environments and with common command-line tasks
Ability to understand, gather, and challenge business requirements, and translate them into scalable data solutions
C1 level in English (able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing)
