About the role
- Manage and optimize lead management processes to ensure accurate and timely lead assignment
- Monitor and analyze key sales metrics to inform strategic and operational decisions
- Produce forecasts, reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility to leadership
- Streamline workflows and identify opportunities to optimize processes
- Administer and maintain our CRM (HubSpot) and sales tools (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator)
- Resolve operational issues before they impact the team
- Structure data and generate customer and prospect insights to support pipeline generation
- Deliver training and ensure adoption of sales processes and systems
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and GTM Operations teams in Australia to align execution
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy or GTM Ops
- Strong analytical skills with Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with CRM and sales systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, enrichment tools)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-growing environment
- Proactive mindset and a desire to build scalable, high-performing GTM systems
