About the role

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving retention, satisfaction, and advocacy by delivering value throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Develop strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities within accounts and executing upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, understanding organisational payment workflows, fraud risks, and compliance needs to propose best-fit Eftsure solutions.
  • Foster long-term, trusted partnerships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and expansion of Eftsure’s SaaS platform.
  • Analyse account health metrics and contract performance using CRM tools, proactively mitigating risks to renewal and growth.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record (3+ years) in enterprise account management, customer success, or consultative B2B SaaS sales, preferably within FinTech, Payments, or Cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex organisations—navigating multiple stakeholders and driving account expansion.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and active listening skills.
  • Strong commercial and technical acumen, with the ability to understand client business processes and identify pain points.
  • Data-driven mindset—confident using insights to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable, flourishing in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments.
