About the role
- Monitor job openings alongside the T&A team and hiring managers
- Provide guidance and support for leadership development
- Manage workplace climate and employee engagement
- Monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) with management
- Consultative HR activities (general payroll/HR operations, HR metrics such as KPIs and OKRs)
- Employee onboarding and training
- Create support tickets and provide general support
- Provide support for facilities operations
Requirements
- Communicative, dynamic, and proactive
- Availability to work varying schedules, considering 24-hour coverage
- High school diploma
- Willingness to travel
- Knowledge of freight administrative processes is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn
- Experience as a generalist HR Business Partner or in a similar role
- Experience working directly with leaders and managers
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
