About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Strategically identify new opportunities, developing call cycles and thoroughly qualifying leads & sales opportunities
  • - Develop and maintain a multi-sector pipeline of new business opportunities and ensure ongoing management of your opportunity pipeline
  • - Deliver an exceptional sales process from lead generation to onboarding, with management support for closing complex opportunities
  • - Ensure cross-functional knowledge of the efm operating model, offering a truly tailored solution to each prospective customer
  • - Involvement in the onboarding of new customers to ensure smooth transition for all
  • - Work closely and effectively with a range of departments and stakeholders **

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - 1 - 2 years’ work experience in a comparable Sales role in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
  • - Genuine passion for Sales and curiosity of business models, processes and workflows​
  • - Experience within a fast-paced and complex business environment
  • - Proven success in sales and meeting KPI targets
  • - Ability to work autonomously and get involved with all aspects of the business
  • - Self-motivated and a natural drive to be your best and reap the rewards
  • - Problem-solving skills – willing to challenge the status quo​
  • - Analytical with a strong commercial acumen​
  • - Confident communicator – written and verbal
