About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategically identify new opportunities, developing call cycles and thoroughly qualifying leads & sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain a multi-sector pipeline of new business opportunities and ensure ongoing management of your opportunity pipeline
- Deliver an exceptional sales process from lead generation to onboarding, with management support for closing complex opportunities
- Ensure cross-functional knowledge of the efm operating model, offering a truly tailored solution to each prospective customer
- Involvement in the onboarding of new customers to ensure smooth transition for all
- Work closely and effectively with a range of departments and stakeholders **
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 - 2 years’ work experience in a comparable sales role or in logistics and supply chain management
- Genuine passion for Sales and curiosity of business models, processes and workflows
- Experience within a fast-paced and complex business environment
- Proven success in sales and meeting KPI targets
- Ability to work autonomously and get involved with all aspects of the business
- Self-motivated and a natural drive to be your best and reap the rewards
- Problem-solving skills – willing to challenge the status quo
- Analytical with a strong commercial acumen
- Confident communicator – written and verbal
