About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Campaign setup & maintenance: You set up Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) according to clear guidelines and maintain ads, ad copy and budgets in the system.
  • Daily monitoring: You continuously monitor the performance and daily budgets of our accounts to ensure smooth, error-free campaign operation.
  • Data maintenance & reporting: You regularly export campaign performance data and prepare it for management in clear Excel spreadsheets or dashboards.
  • Operational day-to-day tasks: You support the daily organization of marketing activities, coordinate creative assets (such as images and copy), and handle routine account tasks.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: You have a completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communications) or a comparable commercial vocational qualification.
  • Initial marketing experience: You have some hands-on experience in digital marketing (e.g., through internships, working student roles, or early-career positions).
  • Google experience a plus: Ideally, you have worked with Google Ads or analytics tools — a strong advantage, but not required.
  • Structured working style: You are highly reliable, extremely meticulous, and prefer to double-check your work before anything goes live.
  • Comfortable with numbers: You have a strong affinity for data and are proficient with Excel or Google Sheets to maintain lists and tables.
  • Languages: Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
