About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate the development of creative assets between internal marketing teams and external contractors, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
Publish content and maintain a compelling and consistent brand presence on organic social media platforms.
Coordinator development of organic web content.
Publish and maintain organic content ensuring SEO best practices.
Partner with lifecycle marketing to develop and test new campaign content.
Support reputation management initiatives, including coordination and maintenance of review and referral campaigns.
Support marketing compliance by submitting assets for legal review and responding to documentation and data requests.
Assist with other marketing and sales process operations as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in general education or business, or equivalent work experience.
Internship and/or prior project coordination or administrative support is a plus.
Proficiency with social media best practices including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Ability to develop relevant and compelling marketing content, leveraging research and AI tools.
Ability to differentiate channel best practices and translate content accordingly.
Interest in learning SEO best practices.
Aptitude for learning new tools and software.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality, and consistency.
Strong project planning and organizational capabilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-directed with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; the flexibility to adapt schedule for key business deadlines.
Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and external partners.
MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
