About the role
- Improving data quality in our Salesforce-based ERP system (FinancialForce) to support business intelligence.
- Acting as a key liaison for consultants with timesheet or staffing-related queries.
- Ensuring data accuracy for forecasting and assisting the Staffing team in providing timely updates.
- Running regular data updates and reports in line with internal processes.
- Supporting operational changes to enhance the efficiency of our staffing function.
Requirements
- A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Eager to learn and work effectively under pressure.
- Collaborative team player, capable of working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, curious, and adaptable to new technologies, systems, and processes.
- Calm, empathetic, and diplomatic when interacting with others.
- You must have the right to work in Portugal and be open to occasional travel to London.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or FinancialForce systems (Desirable).
- Understanding of business operations in a professional services environment (Desirable).
- Fluency in additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Arabic (Desirable).
