About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and send email campaigns: lead nurturing flows, newsletters, and event-driven communications
- Track and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data
- Support A/B testing initiatives to optimise subject lines, content, and CTAs
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events: conferences, roundtables, and industry gatherings
- Handle event logistics including venue liaison, speaker coordination, and attendee communications
- Act as a day-to-day contact point with professional associations and industry bodies efficy collaborates with
- Maintain contact database hygiene and segmentation accuracy in our CRM and marketing automation tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- In the final year of your Master's in Business, Marketing, or Communications, or already have an internship experience
- Available for 6 months, with a university internship agreement
- Genuinely curious about email marketing, event management, and B2B ecosystems
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Comfortable with data
- Interested in marketing technologies and CRM tools, as well as AI-powered platforms like Claude
- Proactive and communicative, able to work closely with both marketing and sales teams
- Fluent in French and English
