About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own solution architecture from discovery through design, implementation guidance, and go-live support
- Lead technical workshops to capture requirements, constraints, integrations, and non-functional needs
- Produce high-quality deliverables: HLD/LLD, decision logs, assumptions, scope boundaries, and risk controls
- Define integration patterns (directory services, MFA, ITSM, target systems, API-based integrations)
- Guide consultants and engineers, act as technical authority, and support issue resolution
- Ensure alignment with best practices, product capabilities, and customer operating models
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in IAM, PAM, security architecture, or enterprise access platforms
- Solid understanding of enterprise environments, integration patterns, and security fundamentals
- Ability to explain technical decisions clearly to technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience delivering structured documentation and governing technical decisions
- Comfort working across multiple customers/projects in a distributed environment
- Certifications are a plus, but proven delivery experience matters most.
