About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute Effecti's social media editorial calendar.
- Write captions, hooks, short scripts and copy for different content formats.
- Monitor trends, editorial topics and active conversations about public procurement, government purchases, technology and automation.
- Support the production of short videos, educational, corporate and product content.
- Participate in hosting, assisting or running live streams, broadcasts and real-time coverage on Effecti's social channels.
- Schedule posts and manage the approval workflow with the teams involved.
- Monitor comments, messages and mentions on social media, escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Analyze channel performance metrics and recommend improvements for future content.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, webinars, product launches and employer branding initiatives.
- Attend events, recordings and external brand activities, including travel when required.
- Ensure social communications are aligned with Effecti's tone of voice and brand positioning.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or related fields.
- Experience managing social media, editorial calendars and content production.
- Strong writing skills, digital literacy and the ability to adapt tone and language according to the channel and audience.
- Comfortable participating in, supporting or leading live streams, broadcasts and other live social content.
- Familiarity with video and image editing tools for social content, such as Photoshop, Adobe tools, CapCut or quick editing apps.
- Familiarity with social media metrics and content performance analysis.
- Organized and able to handle multiple concurrent requests, approvals and deadlines.
- Availability to travel for external shoots, recordings, events and in-person brand activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Interest in technology, innovation, B2B communication and the public procurement market.
