About the role

  • Map stakeholders and understand the decision-making structure (multiple influencers and decision-makers).
  • Conduct thorough research on companies, the market, and public procurement/bidding history.
  • Build long-term consultative relationships.
  • Qualify complex opportunities considering multiple criteria (budget, compliance, internal processes).
  • Produce analytical reports for the sales team.
  • Contact and engage leads from lists through direct outreach via phone/email/WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and social networks;
  • Identify and approach bidders on pre-qualified lists;
  • Present Effecti and its benefits;
  • Enrich/warm up lead lists to improve conversion by the sales team;
  • Schedule meetings with the sales team;
  • Follow up on scheduled meetings;
  • Log and manage opportunities in the CRM, keeping it up to date;
  • Listen carefully to prospects, understand and address major objections;
  • Study and specialize in Effecti's business model;
  • Analyze insights and metrics;
  • Manage forecasts;
  • Manage the CRM;
  • Maintain OKRs and PDI (individual development plan) up to date;
  • Provide weekly reports to leadership;

Requirements

  • Previous experience in complex sales or mid-level pre-sales
  • Strong data analysis and market intelligence skills.
  • Strategic communication with a focus on delivering consultative value.
  • A bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • English proficiency may be a plus depending on the operation.
  • Knowledge of SPIN Selling and BANT methodologies;
  • Proficiency with advanced CRM and automation tools.
  • Experience in technology companies, with understanding of funnel conversion metrics and data.
  • Knowledge of public procurement/bidding processes is a plus;
