About the role

  • Support product management across the full lifecycle: Discovery, Delivery, and Growth
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog, ensuring alignment with OKRs and strategic objectives
  • Lead and actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives)
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions
  • Define and monitor business, technology, and performance metrics
  • Create and maintain dashboards and analyses to track results (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Prepare functional documentation, map user journeys, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to propose insights and growth opportunities
  • Communicate decisions, learnings, and results to stakeholders clearly and in a structured manner
  • Support testing, validation, and monitoring of product success metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Analyst, or in a similar role
  • Proficiency with agile and backlog management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Product Discovery)
  • Ability to write user stories and functional documentation with clear acceptance criteria
  • Analytical skills to interpret funnel data, user behavior, and A/B test results
  • Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Certifications such as CSPO, Product Management, or similar are a plus
  • Experience with usability testing, user interviews, and prototyping
  • Desirable: Experience with management systems (ERP - Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Sales, etc.)
  • Desirable: Experience with Artificial Intelligence products
  • Plus: Experience with process automation
  • Plus: Experience applying AI and low/no-code tools in product management workflows
