About the role

  • Develop and enhance mobile and web applications with a focus on user experience and performance
  • Integrate Artificial Intelligence features into real product flows
  • Build and maintain APIs and backend services in PHP and Python
  • Work end-to-end on deliverables, from frontend to backend
  • Create Grafana dashboards to monitor metrics and KPIs
  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to validate hypotheses and measure impact
  • Participate in product experiments and fast improvement cycles
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and applications
  • Actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions
  • Help keep Docker environments and containers organized and functional
  • Cooperate with the technical team and stakeholders in evolving solutions

Requirements

  • University degree in Technology or a related field
  • Knowledge of Flutter for mobile development
  • Experience with Android and iOS emulators
  • Knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Experience with Vue.js or a similar framework
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience in backend development with PHP and Python
  • Experience using FastAPI or similar frameworks
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL
  • Experience with Git for version control
  • Knowledge of Docker and containers
  • Experience using Swagger/OpenAPI for documentation
  • Ability to create dashboards in Grafana
  • Familiarity with consuming AI APIs
  • Web and/or mobile application development
  • Creation and consumption of REST APIs
  • Integration of disparate services and systems
  • Use of modern frontend and backend frameworks
  • Interaction with relational databases
  • Quality-driven development and best practices
  • Work in multidisciplinary teams (Product, Data, Infrastructure)
  • Build solutions that deliver real value to users
  • Continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies
  • Nice-to-haves: AI solutions applied to product, experimentation and MVP projects, dashboards and monitoring metrics, semantic search solutions and embeddings, SaaS digital products, LangChain, LlamaIndex or RAG, vector databases such as ChromaDB, observability and monitoring, experience in digital product teams, user experience and metrics, basic automated tests, data pipelines.
