About the role
- Strategic planning, management and scalable development of Meta and Google campaigns in the premium D2C segment
- Precise targeting of a high‑spending, discerning audience with a clear premium positioning
- Independent management of large ad budgets with a focus on profitability, new-customer ROAS, and sustainable growth
- Design and continuous optimization of high‑quality funnel structures, including conversion-focused, mobile-optimized landing pages
- Close collaboration with the creative team and founders to develop high-performing static and video ads
- KPI-driven analysis and data-based optimization across the entire customer journey in the premium segment
- Ongoing testing of creatives, hooks, and audiences while respecting brand aesthetics and positioning
Requirements
- Several years of solid experience in performance marketing (Meta & Google) for high‑ticket D2C brands — we are explicitly looking for candidates with a background in premium beauty, jewelry, fashion, interior design, etc. No mass‑market or discount background.
- Proven scaling success in the luxury or premium segment
- Deep understanding of the psychology of affluent audiences and their decision-making processes
- Confident in independently managing and profitably scaling larger ad budgets
- Strong analytical skills and excellent understanding of KPIs, ROAS, and funnel dynamics
- Entrepreneurial mindset, loyalty, and a positive attitude
- High sense of responsibility, commitment, and intrinsic motivation
