About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Consultant role requires working collaboratively with consulting teams and clients to design and execute operational and performance improvement projects of varying size and complexity across multiple industries.
  • Conduct in-depth operational and commercial due diligence for potential manufacturing acquisitions.
  • Partner with private equity firms and their portfolio company management teams to drive operational improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with private equity clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality, actionable insights.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables from initial scoping to final presentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is highly preferred
  • Minimum 2 years Consulting or Industry experience; consulting experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or Operations Environment, Consulting or Industry
  • Experience in Private Equity highly preferred
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement Tools, such as Kaisen, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and P&L
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
