About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Consultant role requires working collaboratively with consulting teams and clients to design and execute operational and performance improvement projects of varying size and complexity across multiple industries.
Conduct in-depth operational and commercial due diligence for potential manufacturing acquisitions.
Partner with private equity firms and their portfolio company management teams to drive operational improvements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with private equity clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality, actionable insights.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables from initial scoping to final presentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields
MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is highly preferred
Minimum 2 years Consulting or Industry experience; consulting experience preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or Operations Environment, Consulting or Industry
Experience in Private Equity highly preferred
Experience with Continuous Improvement Tools, such as Kaisen, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required
Ability to interpret financial statements and P&L
Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
