About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive value creation across portfolios by shaping and delivering high-impact transformation and turnaround programs.
Focus heavily on Interim Management, placing seasoned executives into underperforming portfolio companies to stabilize operations, restore performance discipline, and accelerate EBITDA and cash improvement.
Diagnose root-cause issues and implement rapid operational and organizational fixes.
Guide companies through critical phases of turnaround, profitability restoration, and exit readiness.
Cultivate trusted relationships with deal teams and C-suite leaders, orchestrate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure measurable, sustainable results that enhance enterprise value.
Advance thought leadership, develop the PE practice, and mentor emerging talent across the firm.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
15+ years of executive people leadership, consulting, operational transformation, turnaround, or restructuring experience
Strong manufacturing and industrial operations background
Proven business development and revenue generation capability
Existing private equity and executive relationship network
Deep expertise in private equity portfolio operations
Experience with operational turnarounds and transformations
Must have previous Interim Management practice experience.
