About the role

  • Collaborate with copy, marketing, and product teams on integrated campaigns and storytelling systems
  • Collaborate with copywriters and creatives to build a cohesive brand voice and visual identity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7–10 years of professional design experience at an agency, design firm, or in-house creative team
  • Portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, distinctive visual craft, and work across brand, campaigns, and digital experiences
  • Proven experience building or evolving a visual identity or design system in an early-stage or transformation environment
  • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to work from ambiguity
  • Ability to influence visual language and brand expression strategically and execute across channels
  • Strong verbal and visual communication skills
  • Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to adapt to evolving creative tools, technologies, workflows, and platforms
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, lean, high-ownership environment
  • Genuine connection to travel, storytelling, and the EF Adventures mission
  • Keen eye for detail
