Account Manager
EF Education First TeachersRegional Account Manager in Amsterdam working with executives to enhance their communication skills. Engaging in B2B sales processes at a multinational education company.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify new business opportunities in target accounts
- Manage complex end-to-end B2B sales processes, executing needs analyses, value proposition definitions and negotiations with C-level stakeholders
- Insight into the HR/L&D customer market and bring to bear that knowledge in conversations with large local and international companies
- Write and deliver compelling pitch presentations, requiring a thorough knowledge of the market and how our services stand out from competitors
- Collaborate with internal teams to support clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years’ experience managing complex consultative end-to-end B2B sales processes
- Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence
- Exceptional communication skills
- Passion for selling high quality solutions that deliver real business impact for clients
- Fluency in Dutch and excellent level of English
- Experience working in education and/or with HR stakeholders is a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
