Tour Consultant, Individual Sales
EF Education First TeachersTour Consultant playing a critical role in developing customer acquisition and retention strategies. Making outbound sales calls to potential travelers while maintaining relationships with past loyal customers.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage your book of business while simultaneously bringing in new business
- Maintain and practice high outreach, follow-up phone conversations
- Average 100+ calls and 3 hours of phone time per day
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to prospect and initiate product interest
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals
- Develop an integrated sales strategy to accomplish your goals
- Weekend Work: 1-2 days/month - Take a weekday off when you work a weekend day
- Late Shift Work: 1-2 days/month - Late shifts will be from 11:30 am - 8 pm MT
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have full work authorization without company sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English
- Strong verbal communication and influencing skills (must be able to connect with a diverse range of individuals via telephone)
- Naturally strong sales instincts: you can recognize and capitalize on buying signals that customers display
- Driven and competitive mindset that has you intrinsically motivated to hit goals
- Demonstrates personal accountability, self-awareness, and student mentality
- Adept in problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently plan, organize and prioritize work while collaborating with a team
- You are flexible, with the ability to pivot quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have at least 4 years of relevant work experience or a 4-year degree
