Learn and accurately apply EF’s brand voice and tone across all content
Develop engaging editorial features spotlighting teachers, students, schools, fundraising, etc.
Craft compelling messaging around EF’s value propositions, including:
Safety standards
Support
Affordability and pricing
Educational impact

Translate strategic marketing objectives into persuasive long-form and short-form print copy
Work in tandem with the designer to ensure copy aligns with layout, pacing, and visual storytelling
Incorporate stakeholder feedback and manage revisions efficiently
Ensure all content is polished, accurate, and publication-ready

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a freelance copywriter, preferably in travel, education, or editorial
Ability to adapt to and maintain a consistent brand voice
Strong editorial storytelling skills
Experience writing value-driven marketing copy (safety, pricing, trust, outcomes)
Comfortable collaborating in an ongoing, iterative process with the designer and marketing team to ensure the best results possible
Strong project management skills and ability to meet firm print deadlines
