About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Use your attention to detail, relationship-building skills, and sales instincts to support Group Coordinators—helping them prepare for their trips and grow their programs by consulting on best practices to promote their trips and setting up future travel.
- Manage key pre-departure details and follow through on requests to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience from enrollment through departure.
- Begin as a Support Account Manager, where you’ll learn the role, policies, and product while gaining exposure to customers by assisting more tenured Account Managers.
- Provide out-of-office coverage and flex your sales skills to upsell tour add-ons or booking returning travelers.
- Participate in the Sales Development Leadership Program designed to accelerate the careers of high-performing candidates and prepare them for leadership in business.
- Play a critical role in developing customer acquisition and retention strategies and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and English. The majority of this role will be performed in English but Spanish will be called upon from time to time to be able to accommodate our Spanish speaking travelers
