About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and prospect new business opportunities, whether with new clients or by monetizing the existing client base (cross-sell and up-sell);
- Act in a consultative and personalized manner, providing the best experience and guidance to clients and prospective clients;
- Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty;
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue from current clients;
- Design and implement client retention strategies;
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations for clients;
- Hold online or in-person meetings to negotiate and close contracts with new clients, or to strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with expectations;
- Stay up to date on market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet clients' needs;
- Prepare and present sales closing reports to senior management;
- Participate in events and trade shows to promote the company's products/services, strengthen relationships and expand the professional network.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields;
- Previous experience with Large Clients (Wholesale) working at banks, financial institutions, payment institutions and/or fintechs;
- Proven experience in new business prospecting and account management in a B2B environment;
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, especially payments and credit;
- Knowledge of CRM and customer relationship management tools, such as Salesforce;
- CPA-10 certification;
- Availability to travel or be on-site for events and client visits.
