About the role

  • Lead onboarding programs, ensuring a welcoming integration that is aligned with the company culture;
  • Implement and monitor learning/development paths for different levels and areas of the organization, aligning them with the competencies required for employee growth and success;
  • Conduct training needs analyses in partnership with business areas and leaders to ensure Corporate Education strategies support organizational objectives;
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using metrics and performance indicators, making continuous adjustments to optimize results;
  • Promote personalized development journeys;
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization;
  • Lead engagement and organizational climate initiatives, promoting a healthy and productive work environment;
  • Update and monitor key Corporate Education indicators, generating insights and proposing improvements for the area’s projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Proven experience in Corporate Education with a focus on learning/development paths, ideally in companies operating remotely;
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and training management tools;
  • Experience working in remote environments;
  • Ability to interpret data and generate performance metrics to continuously improve training programs;
  • Knowledge of learning methodologies and competency development;
  • Ability to deliver training and facilitate workshops;
  • Advanced Office suite skills — Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI.
