About the role
- Conduct user research to identify needs, behaviors, and opportunities to improve products;
- Translate research insights into user-centered design solutions, such as personas, journeys, and navigation flows;
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual interfaces that are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with business objectives;
- Collaborate with product teams, engineering, and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure quality in the delivery of solutions;
- Actively participate in defining product strategy, contributing design vision to the roadmap and success metrics;
- Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests and hypothesis validation, ensuring solutions meet user expectations;
- Maintain, evolve, and document Design Systems and component libraries, promoting consistency, scalability, and efficiency;
- Monitor solution development to ensure fidelity to the proposed design and provide support to technical teams;
- Apply knowledge of data analysis and product-metrics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) to inform design decisions;
- Run and interpret A/B tests and product experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize experiences;
- Design interfaces for mobile (iOS/Android), applying usability best practices and responsive design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, UX, or a related field;
- Solid experience with digital products, preferably in the financial sector or with highly complex products;
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD;
- Strong knowledge of visual design and interface composition;
- Proficiency in methodologies such as Design Thinking, Product Design, Design Systems, and Lean UX;
- Experience with responsive design across multiple devices (web, desktop, and mobile);
- Experience creating and maintaining scalable, component-based Design Systems;
- Data-driven design approach, with the ability to interpret metrics and insights to inform design decisions;
- Ability to lead design decisions, influence stakeholders, and act as a technical reference for less experienced designers;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in multidisciplinary squads.
