About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Concept work: You develop clear concepts for organizational and team development.
- Structure design: You design new structures as well as efficient processes and ways of working.
- Analysis: You analyze complex issues and synthesize them into clear, logical summaries.
- Visualization: You translate content into concise presentations and visualizations.
- Workshop support: You assist with the preparation and follow-up of workshops and change initiatives.
- Creative work: You actively help design measures across the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Studies: You are currently studying Psychology, Organizational Development, Sociology, or Business Administration with an organizational or process focus and are available for at least one year.
- Working style: You work in a structured, independent manner and present complex issues clearly and understandably.
- Interest: You are enthusiastic about organizational structures, interrelationships, and conceptual work.
- Digital skills: You use digital tools and the Microsoft 365 environment confidently and efficiently.
