Requirements
- Studies: You are currently studying Psychology, Organizational Development, Sociology, or Business Administration with a focus on organization or processes and are available for at least 1 year.
- Working style: You work in a structured, independent way and present complex topics clearly and understandably.
- Interest: You are enthusiastic about organizational structures, interrelationships, and conceptual work.
- Digital skills: You use digital tools and the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment confidently and efficiently.
