About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the development of creative solutions that directly impact the warfighter
- Drive design and new technology evaluation for a new launch vehicle and satellite TT&C ground system
- Perform risk assessments and improve the design of aerospace systems
- Contribute to the direction of mission-critical solutions by evaluating, improving, and designing leading-edge aerospace technology
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary group of engineers and software developers across the company and corporate partners to deliver world-class solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in launch vehicle or TT&C
- Experience with analysis and operations related to launch vehicle or satellite trajectory planning, mission design, and operations
- Knowledge of launch vehicle or satellite TT&C systems and CONOPS
- Ability to manage technical teams to define and communicate solutions to customers
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering
