About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, align, and motivate a cross functional team to develop a common understanding of the customers’ pain points
  • Define and execute the product strategy for Zelle as a payment method in eCommerce
  • Partner with merchants, financial institutions, payment service providers (PSPs), gateways, and strategic advisors to shape product direction
  • Lead product discovery by translating customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into innovative payment experiences
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Risk, Fraud, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric commerce payment solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically 9+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, commerce, or related industries
  • Proven experience taking products from idea to launch
  • Deep understanding of payment processing, including: authorization, clearing and settlement, dispute and chargeback management, and merchant and consumer payment experiences
  • Strong customer discovery, product strategy, and roadmap development skills
  • Experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and create clarity for teams and stakeholders
