Key responsibilities & impact
  • Resolve problems with complete end-to-end geospatial database solutions in a fast, agile environment
  • Develop databases and systems from vision to production-ready
  • Utilize experience with geospatial data ensuring high availability, performance, and data integrity
  • Help clients overcome challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies
  • Ensure team-developed solutions consider architecture and operating environment
  • Identify needed system improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in software with a cloud-first development approach
  • 4+ years of experience with enterprise data engineering development, including geospatial data
  • 3+ years of experience with OCI services and cloud-native architecture patterns, including Compute, Autonomous Database, Exadata Database, security policies, security groups, and network security
  • 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Experience working with ETL / ELT pipeline development using OCI services
  • Experience with data lakes, data warehousing, and analytics platforms
  • Experience developing and deploying production geospatial solutions from concept to O & M
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree
