About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary technical authority on cybersecurity for Operational Technology (OT) and Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCI) systems.
  • Provide expert guidance on securing industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA environments, and mission-critical defense assets.
  • Advise leadership and engineering teams on compliance, risk management, and advanced threat mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain situational awareness of evolving OT-specific cyber threats, attack methodologies, and adversary capabilities.
  • Lead technical and strategic initiatives to ensure resilience and security of defense-critical operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, risk management, cyber operations, governance, or compliance
  • 6+ years of experience securing Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCI), or SCADA systems
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams
  • Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Incident Response playbooks
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Security+ Certification
  • Nice If You Have: Experience working in ARNG, Army, or DoD environments
  • Ability to effectively convey technical issues or risks to senior leadership
  • Advanced Cybersecurity Certifications such as CISSP, ISSAP, ISSEP, CASP+, or SecurityX Certification
