Key responsibilities & impact

Design and integrate radar systems
Manage the acquisition Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process in support of radar systems
Transform Mission Systems requirements to improve radar performance for a variety of platforms
Work with existing teams to understand current challenges
Collaborate with OEMs to develop and integrate system upgrades
Assist in augmenting designs and algorithms to enhance system performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in radar systems
Knowledge of radar systems and systems integration challenges
Ability to work with a team of engineers to modify designs and improve system integrations to improve warfighter capabilities
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field
Experience with modern Navy SPY radar systems (Nice if you have)
Experience with the SETR process (Nice if you have)
Knowledge of contracting mechanisms and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reporting (Nice if you have)
Knowledge of system targeting algorithms and test techniques (Nice if you have)
Ability to analyze radar designs and provide technical inputs improve performance and integration ease (Nice if you have)
Top Secret clearance (Nice if you have)
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (Nice if you have)
