What you’ll need

15+ years of experience with the Marine Corps

Knowledge of Marine Corps force design, combat development, force generation, and force employment processes
Ability to demonstrate leadership in forming, developing, and employing teams with vast backgrounds and capabilities
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-tempo, dynamic environment
Ability to balance long-term and short-term priorities and competing requirements
Ability to interface and communicate effectively with senior government officials
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
