About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the full sales lifecycle
  • Partner with customers to understand their technical needs
  • Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to design and implement tailored solutions
  • Address customer challenges and ensure successful adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical account management, or enterprise technology sales supporting federal, DoD, IC, or large enterprise customers
  • Experience driving growth of enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, networking, observability, or infrastructure platforms through license expansion, renewals, and new customer acquisition
  • Experience owning or supporting annual sales quotas and growing customer adoption through software licensing, subscriptions, enterprise agreements, or consumption-based offerings
  • Experience identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities, building pipelines, and partnering with account teams to drive revenue growth
  • Experience developing account growth strategies, whitespace analyses, and cross-sell or upsell motions across existing customer portfolios
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, networking, observability, Zero Trust, or enterprise software technologies
  • Ability to work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to align customer requirements with product roadmaps and solution capabilities
  • Ability to travel to CONUS locations up to 20% of the time
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
