Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Army National Guard by providing advanced program analysis, integrated master scheduling, and mission-aligned planning support across a complex portfolio of initiatives
  • Join a collaborative team that partners closely with Guard leadership, program managers, and technical staff to ensure timelines, dependencies, risk factors, and resource needs are accurately captured, communicated, and executed
  • Help maintain critical visibility into program performance, enable informed decision-making, and ensure senior leaders have a clear and reliable picture of progress toward key objectives
  • Apply structured scheduling practices, data-driven analysis, and strong communication skills to keep multi-state and multi-mission efforts synchronized
  • Directly support the Guard’s modernization, readiness, and transformation goals, helping ensure that projects remain on schedule and aligned to mission priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience developing, updating, and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing program performance, risks, dependencies, and milestones
  • 5+ years of experience supporting the DoW
  • Experience briefing schedules, findings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading working groups, data reviews, and milestone preparedness activities
  • Ability to support development of program documentation, dashboards, briefings, and decision-support materials
  • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear program updates
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
