Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience coaching Agile teams in large, complex organizations
8+ years of experience serving as Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or enterprise-level Agile facilitator
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile or Lean metrics
Experience driving continuous improvement, dependency management, and program-level synchronization
Experience working with engineering, architecture, or DevSecOps teams
Ability to guide leadership and mission partners
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
