Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create solutions that’ll support the Army client
  • Coach a development team to their highest performance level
  • Ensure scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the team and key stakeholders
  • Execute Scrum methodologies for a product lifecycle
  • Guide teams in the Agile methodology
  • Support team rules
  • Facilitate the product team's progress toward team goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience with program management, including managing complex IT projects
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or IT
  • DoDM 8140.03 for Defensive Cyber Workforce (DCWF) Work Role 801 Advanced Level Certification
  • PMI Certification, such as PgMP or PMP Certification
  • ITIL 4 Foundation and Managing Professional Framework Certification
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project tools
  • Experience developing and writing Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Experience reviewing vendor proposals and vendor management to align contracts and SLAs
  • Experience with performance-based and award fee contracts
  • Knowledge of DoD project or program management practices
  • Ability to lead large, multifunctional teams of 150+ personnel
  • Master's degree in Project Management or IT
  • SAFe Program Consultant Certification
