Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with program managers, capture teams, and your leaders to develop accurate demand forecasts
  • Ensure that all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies

  • Break down ambiguous or complex problems into clear, actionable components using structured analysis frameworks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in project coordination, supply chain, subcontracts, purchasing, logistics, or operations
  • Experience in federal procurement or subcontract management, including overseeing proposals, supplier selection and negotiations, and subcontract administration to support U.S. government programs
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience utilizing AI to solve real world problems
  • Ability to function independently as a self-starter
  • Ability to collaborate with program leadership and stakeholders to drive delivery of procurements
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
