Key responsibilities & impact

Bring deep expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM), program controls, and performance analysis
Lead performance assessments, advise government stakeholders, and improve program outcomes
Analyze cost, schedule, and performance data to assess program health
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including program managers, systems engineers, cost estimators, and schedulers
Lead and support briefings, develop clear and compelling presentations, and communicate complex findings to senior government leadership
Contribute to continuous improvement of program management processes across the portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or Schedule Analysis and Program Control
Experience developing and evaluating EVM and schedule metrics over a DoD program lifecycle
Experience with EVM and Schedule analysis tools such as wInsight
Experience collecting and analyzing EVM and schedule data
Experience leading and supporting Compliance Analysis, Performance Analysis, Predictability Analysis, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and EVM-specific training
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in an Economics, Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field
