Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define product vision and roadmap while overseeing end-to-end project execution
  • Collaborate closely with executive stakeholders, engineers, analysts, designers, and operations teams
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable backlogs, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes
  • Guide cross-functional teams in building scalable analytics ecosystems, workflow optimizations, and digital products that improve service delivery and user experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience serving as a Product Owner, Program Manager, or Project Manager for data, analytics, or software delivery teams
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, overseeing multiple Agile delivery teams, and leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Experience translating strategic objectives into actionable backlogs, delivery plans, and measurable KPIs
  • Experience overseeing data ecosystems, BI platforms, or enterprise analytics initiatives
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships, executive communications, and governance processes
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
  • Experience managing teams that predominately work with SQL-based data environments and cloud platforms such as Azure, such as Synapse, Data Factory, or Azure SQL
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
  • Public Trust HS diploma or GED
