Key responsibilities & impact
  • Crafting an amazing user experience
  • Building an interface that delivers functionality and efficiency
  • Collaborating with a development team to build a tool with user-centric design
  • Creating and deploying applications and workflows in a low-code platform
  • Coordinating with client-facing change managers and other digital transformation specialists to deploy a large program with multiple integrations, data processing capabilities, and customizations based on client requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience with PeopleSoft configuration
  • Experience working on teams using Agile
  • Experience supporting the analysis and evaluation of system requirements
  • Experience working with and managing datasets
  • Ability to provide production support by analyzing, designing, programming, and testing solutions to complex production problems
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Experience with PeopleSoft training (Nice to have)
  • Experience with Oracle and SQL commands (Nice to have)
  • Experience with design and process documentation (Nice to have)
  • Experience with unit testing IT applications (Nice to have)
  • Experience working with product owners, analysts, testers, and developers to develop user stories and acceptance criteria (Nice to have)
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities (Nice to have)
  • Bachelor's degree (Nice to have)
