About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

drive the design and implementation of the entire product management process from ideation to distribution for all product lines
manage rollup of product line roadmap and cross product line planning activities
set the long-term vision and product-line-level strategy
coordinate business and product strategies as well as budgets
develop baseline KPI and OKRs for product line tracking
develop and design new product lines based on data from research
coordinate cross-product line planning sessions with engineering and infrastructure teams
ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience working with various functional and technical teams in a product manager role
experience engaging with clients and delivering solutions
experience developing products in Agile, SAFe, or Kanban environments
experience balancing client business requirements with the delivery team’s technical capacity
experience facilitating technical, functional, and operational discussions to bridge client requirements with implementable solutions
experience creating and managing release product roadmaps through the product life cycle
knowledge of front-end or back-end technologies used for application development including SQL, NoSQL databases or web-based interactive user interfaces
ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
bachelor's degree
